The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Formworker to assist in the construction of concrete structures for civil projects, including bridges, roads, tunnels, and commercial developments. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, physical stamina, and a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Construct, install, and dismantle formwork for concrete structures according to project specifications and blueprints.
Measure, cut, and assemble timber, plywood, or steel formwork systems.
Pour, level, and finish concrete within formwork.
Ensure all formwork is secure and meets safety and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with carpenters, concreters, and other trades on-site.
Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a formworker in civil construction or a similar field.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
Strong knowledge of formwork systems (e.g., timber, steel, modular).
White Card (Construction Induction Card) – essential.
Physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Reliable team player with excellent communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and own transport (preferred).
Additional tickets (e.g., Working at Heights, Confined Spaces) are a plus.
