Civil Project Engineer

Job description
We are seeking a skilled Civil and Mechanical Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in construction or expansion projects along with manufacturing industry for Property or/and Plant & Machinery valuation and project Analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction, Projects engineering, plant and machineries, conducting valuations for various asset categories and possess analytical expertise in assessing asset conditions and market values. Prior experience in a Lender's Independent Engineer (LIE) or Techno Economic Viability (TEV) consulting firm is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and methodology, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform on-site inspections to assess asset conditions, project status and physical status of the site.
• Conduct valuation of Property, Plant & Machinery across diverse industries.
• Prepare detailed project report, valuation reports, status report in compliance with regulatory and financial standards.
• Work closely with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies for reports approvals.
• Support LIE and TEV team leader in their due diligence processes, including asset verification and risk assessment.
• Stay updated with various methodologies, industry standards, and government regulations.
• access and review project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1-4 years of experience in project coordinator, project engineering, construction, Plant maintenance, Property, Plant & Machinery valuation.
• Experience in LIE & TEV consultancy firms is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project techniques, financial modeling, and asset assessment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, valuation software, and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Professional valuation certifications (e.g., IOV, RICS) are a plus. however these certifications are not mandatory.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
