Position: Barista/All-Rounder
Location: The Shed Cafe, Birkenhead Point
Type: Full-time/Part-time
Immediate Start Available

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, milkshakes, smoothies, and ice lattes.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Manage cash handling and maintain a balanced till.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all patrons.
Work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and equipment.
Adapt to and thrive in a high-paced, busy cafe setting.
Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar café role.
Proficient in making a wide range of beverages with a strong focus on coffee.
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Strong cash handling skills.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
