Job Purpose

To recruit and manage Insurance Marketing Firms (IMFs) and drive business growth for both Life and Non-Life insurance segments.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruit Insurance Managers / IMFs as per business plan
• Activate IMFs monthly and track their performance
• Ensure advisor productivity meets defined KPIs
• Guide agents in career progression from Trainee Advisor (TA) to Senior Advisor (SA) to Agency Officer (AO)
• Generate new revenue and acquire customers in both Life and Non-Life segments
• Participate in all mandatory meetings and training programs
• Conduct 2 joint field calls daily with team members
• Weekly review with reporting manager and ongoing agent meetings
• Adhere to all company policies and compliance protocols

Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum Qualification : Graduate
• Experience : 2 to 10 years in Sales (Insurance experience preferred)
• Strong sales acumen and team management skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure
• Target-driven with a growth-oriented mindset
