THE POSITION:

Manage & lead the running of all aspects of the sites
Experience managing budgets and demonstrated understanding of food costing, waste management and food/ site safety knowledge
Deliver to a high expectation of a premium experience
Follow company health, safety, and security procedures always
Lead, manage and motivate a large team of chefs and facility staff
Manage the expectations of both clients and residents
THE PERSON:

Previous experience managing a medium to large site with knowledge of both culinary and cleaning services. This can be previous villages, hotels, or hospitality venues
Exceptional communication and relationship building abilities
Drive a positive team culture
Experience with financial reporting and be commercial and contract focused
Demonstrated background of delivering profitable business results
Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and deliver superior service levels
Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills whilst thinking on your feet
In-depth knowledge of health and safety, a strong commitment to safety to ensure targets are safely achieved
Sound Knowledge of HACCP
Ability to adapt quickly to ongoing business needs
