The Opportunity
We are currently looking to recruit a Team Assistant (Administrator) to join our Melbourne office on a full time, permanent basis.
This role would suit someone with prior administration experience seeking the opportunity to progress into a Practice Executive (Executive Assistant/Legal Secretary) role in the future.
Joining as a Team Assistant you'll be responsible for providing proactive and effective general administration assistance across a diverse range of tasks. You will work closely with Practice Executives (Legal Secretaries), Lawyers & Senior Associates to provide day to day administrative support.
Development within the Team Assistant role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.

Previous administration experience.
"Can do" and proactive approach.
Strong organisational skills and high level of attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Behave in a professional manner, whilst presenting as pleasant and approachable at all times.
Ability to learn new systems and experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
