Job Description

Data Entry / Billing Executive In store

Making invoice / bill for each product is sold

Enter accurate information in invoice

Enter Taxation as applicable based on type of product / material

Entering / updating customers information, refraction results, past history as and when required

Preparing DSR (Daily Sales Report)

While branch transfer of goods, prepare branch transfer record (internal sales records)

If assigned, manage cash counter

Daily closing and balancing of day posted

Learn and update entry of data as per IT Systems / Process of company

Attending client / incoming calls

Receiving / giving couriers and handover to store manager and managing records for the same
