Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI/Gen AI Architect to join our team. As a key member of our AI Delivery Team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent AI-driven products and solutions that leverage Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Gen AI solutions in cloud environments.

Develop robust multi-agent systems and design neural network architectures.

Provide expertise in model training, fine-tuning, explainability, and embedding Gen AI into real-world applications.

Lead technical teams and clients in complex AI projects.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

A deep understanding of neural network architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, transformers, and reinforcement learning models.

Familiarity with PEFT, AIML SecOps, and model lifecycle management practices.

Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments and using native AI services.

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other deep learning frameworks.

Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
