Job Purpose:

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) plays a pivotal role in providing seamless experiences for our customers. With state-of-the-art technology and tools, we are transforming the overall application development and maintenance lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

Define SLO & SLAs with inputs from relevant stakeholders
Implement SLI through monitoring tools and alerting
Implement proactive monitoring to detect issues before they become major incidents
Automate manual tasks and implement self-healing
Participate in design, build, and on-call support of various cloud, container, and on-premises platforms
Ensure operational and service level agreements are established and met
Communicate effectively with business clients, technology teams, support partners, and stakeholders
Develop SME capabilities for Applications' business area and/or Retail banking domain
Implement CI/CD using efficient tool chains and automate release processes
Technical Responsibilities

3+ years working experience with monitoring tools like DynaTrace, AppDynamics, Grafana
2+ years experience in Python, Shell Scripting, SQL/PL SQL or other programming languages
2+ years experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or cloud-native tools
2+ years experience using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments
Experience in RPA implementation or RPA tools
4+ years experience applying DevOps processes
3+ years experience managing and scaling distributed systems in public or hybrid cloud environments
Proven track record of enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through automation
3+ years experience designing, developing, or supporting complex systems in the Banking Domain
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science (or Bachelor of Technology)

Master of Science (or Master of Technology)

Experience: 15-20 years
