About the role:
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated fulltime cook to kick-start their culinary career with us. As part of our La Boca kitchen team, you'll be creating bold and authentic Argentinian flavours that our guests love. Minimum requirements:
You need to have 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Commis Chef
You will possess - full legal working rights in Australia
Previous exposure to kitchen operations is highly regarded
Experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable
Basic food knowledge is highly desirable
Basic knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable

You will:
Have a passion for EVERYTHING food
Be available to work weekends, public holidays and split shifts for lunch and dinner service
Be an excellent and confident communicator
Enjoy working in a team environment
Be organised and have an eye for detail
Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm demeanour
Take pride in personal presentation and hygiene
