We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineering Specialist to join our team at Eaton Technologies Private Limited.

About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong technical expertise in system engineering, requirements management, and MBSE. As a Principal Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and executing full systems engineering development life cycles, including requirements management, design, development, verification & validation, qualification & certification testing.

You will have the opportunity to influence the continual improvement of our systems engineering capability and apply Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, processes, and techniques to develop system architectures that meet stakeholder needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience with industry standards like ARP4754A, IEC15288, and exposure to SysML modeling language and tools such as Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, and/or CAMEO.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute full systems engineering development life cycles.
Influence the continual improvement of systems engineering capability.
Apply MBSE tools, processes, and techniques to develop system architectures.
Develop company best practices and use them to create system/sub-system architectures.
Plan, lead, and execute requirements capture and systems architectures development.
Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Systems Engineering or equivalent.
INCOSE certification on Systems Engineering is an added advantage.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in System Engineering, Requirements engineering, Electromechanical System design, development, validation & launch.
Demonstrated experience on MBSE/SysML/UML methodologies.
