About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join Antal International as a Senior Test Manager. We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our delivery teams, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies to coordinate software development, integration, and testing for advanced products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the software engineering process, including test and automation strategies for software delivery.
Manage the execution of projects, ensuring successful launches of new features.
Oversee testing processes, collaborating with upstream and downstream teams and technical leads.
Develop new processes and tools to meet growing business demands.
Participate in architectural and technology decisions to enhance delivery capabilities.
Improve team performance by refining processes, testing, and documentation.
Manage KPIs and process controls for the ITE team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test plans, perform risk analysis, and resolve issues.
Prepare presentations and reports for strategic decision-making and project planning.
Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Requirements
Technical Skills:

Proven leadership in engineering, test strategy, and process management.
Experience in Agile and iterative environments.
Familiarity with Unix/Linux OS and basic systems administration.
Strong understanding of cloud-based services.
Experience working with lab exposure.
Soft Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
