• PREFERED INDUSTRY: Electronics Manufacturing
• KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: Good verbal and written communication skills, Relevant technical knowledge, Problem-solving skills, Teamworking skills, An ability to work well under pressure.
- Installing, maintain, repairing, ventilation, air conditioning system and equipment.
- Identifying maintenance risk on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical & Mechanical faults for HVAC system.
- Cleaning, Adjusting, repairing and performing warranty services Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Providing technical direction and on-job training.
• Keeping daily logs & records of all maintenance function. Ensuring compliance with appliance standard & with occupational health and safety act.
- Proficient in balancing air & water treatment system in line with HVAC protocols.
- Proficient in reading schematic & work plans.
- Ability to work after hours, over weekend with short or no notice.
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces and confined spaces
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning refrigeration & heating.
