Job Title: Senior Bench Sales Recruiter and Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in US IT Recruitment

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment with a strong understanding of bench sales, visa classifications, and tax terms. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple candidates and client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand consultants’ skills and career goals to find suitable job opportunities.
• Market bench consultants to potential clients and preferred vendors on a daily basis.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between consultants and clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate submissions and communications in MS Excel or ATS.
• Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates and industry contacts.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of current US visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.) and tax terms (W2, 10++, C2C).
• Assist in negotiating rates and closing deals with vendors and clients.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of US staffing processes, tax terms, and visa types.
• Proven experience in placing IT consultants across various technologies.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining candidate data and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
