Front Office Attendant

RAC Busselton Holiday Park is an award-winning holiday park, located on the doorstep of Busselton and Dunsborough. This unique park is nestled within 8 hectares of natural bushland but only a short 300-metre stroll to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Front Office Attendant to join our friendly team on a casual basis. This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth.

What does every day look like for you?

You will spend your days:
Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all guests a warm welcome to the holiday park, and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
Answering incoming phone calls and aiding over the phone and via email.
Assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the park, including for school groups, weddings and events.
Assisting with general operations of the park.
What are we looking for?
Outstanding customer service skills.
Previous experience in administration highly regarded.
Previous experience using NewBook or other guest reservation software (highly regarded but not essential).
Strong time-management, organisation and multi-tasking skills.
