Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised person to join the Argyle Motor Lodge management team.
This role works closely with the Operations Manager to efficiently and effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the Argyle Motor Lodge (AML), ensuring high level customer service and cleanliness along with the optimal utilisation of rooms. As a part of the Front Office team, you will undertake reception duties as required as part of a rotating roster and for relief cover.
This is a permanent part-time role with a minimum of 25 hours per week. The front office of the Motor Lodge is covered on a rotating roster, with the Motor Lodge open 7 days per week.
Reception shifts are in the range of 5-6 hours long and are scheduled for either mornings or afternoons during the week/weekend.
This role is paid under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020, Managerial Staff (Hotels) level.
