About the role

Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager you will provide exceptional service to all our guests. As a Front Office professional, you will have the knowledge and experience to guide and assist the Front Office team to excellence, whilst maintaining the hotel’s standards.

Dynamic individual with an ability to multitask with efficiency
Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability and enthusiasm to assist other hotel departments to ensure total guest satisfaction
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High level of proficiency in MS Office suite
Excellent time management skills with a strong attention to detail
Proven ability in RMS property management system preferred
Previous experience within a similar 5-star environment
Flexibility to work rotating shifts
