HR Assistant (Ops and Compliance)

This job requires coordination with the management & external stakeholders to close the attendance and payroll cycle from start to finish.Handling of HR Records, including Background verification. Onboarding & De-boarding formalities as well as handling all HR related statutory compliance work like taking care of all labour related compliances & licenses applicable to the company, including but not limited to PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, RC, CLRA etc.

Candidate should be well versed in MS Excel and be familiar with HR Payroll Terms and calculations. Should have good communicational skills for calling & cordination for operational work. They should be well versed in making PF & ESIC Challans. Should know how to file PT,LWF,CLRA Returns. A good knowledge about insurance plans & terms is also preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
