Proposal Writer / Marketing Creator (Language Services) RFP and RFTs - Casual | Immediate Start

We are seeking a casual who has proven experience in writing winning proposals/tenders and marketing content. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of crafting compelling, compliant responses for government and commercial opportunities. It is also an opportunity to contribute to our overall marketing strategy and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, write, and edit high-quality content for tender submissions, proposals, RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, and grant applications
Create marketing and advertising content that drives sales
Combine technical and service delivery information into clear, persuasive narratives
Collaborate with the leadership team to craft powerful, compelling stories
Ensure compliance with all tender specifications and submission deadlines
Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and formatting across all documents
Essential Criteria:

Minimum 3 years’ experience writing successful tenders/proposals, or within a hands on marketing role with responsibility for content creation.
Solid understanding of government and corporate procurement processes
Strong command of written English with exceptional writing, editing and structuring skills
Proven ability to develop winning themes and articulate value propositions
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
Desirable:

Familiarity with national or state-based staffing/service contracts
Experience working with SAAS companies
Background in or exposure to the work of professional interpreters and translators
Contract Details:

Immediate start
Flexible working arrangements – hybrid
Contracted on an hourly or per-project basis, depending on experience and availability

Pay: $33.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
