Menu Development: Design, cost, and implement innovative, seasonal menus to maintain quality and profitability.
Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
Food Preparation: Direct involvement in food production, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to food safety regulations.
Staff Training & Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to ensure a high-performance team.
Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels, control food costs, and coordinate supplier orders efficiently.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to food hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
Skills & Qualifications

Experience: At least 1 years of experience as a Cook/Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
Education: Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, any relevant Culinary Certificates or Qualifications (preferred).
Key Skills:
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple kitchen operations effectively.
Financial acumen for budgeting, cost control, and menu pricing.
Creativity and innovation in food presentation and menu design.
Passion for high-quality cuisine and customer satisfaction.
