Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented data administrator with a passion for supporting community-led services? An established community legal organisation is seeking a full-time Data Administration Officer (DAO) to join its Brisbane-based Legal Service Delivery Team. This is a unique opportunity to support a values-driven not-for-profit committed to helping Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples impacted by family violence and/or ****** assault.

You'll work within a small, dedicated team, supporting the performance, accuracy and security of data across regional Queensland offices.

This includes using Actionstep (legal case management system), processing paperwork, accurately entering client information into the Actionstep database

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that both electronic and physical client files are created and maintained appropriately
Ensure that all client files are accurately entered into CRM system
Assist with reporting and tracking of services for funders and internal stakeholders
Support the integrity, security and recovery of data in line with policies
Liaise with legal and administrative staff across the service's regional offices
Collaborate in a small team, contributing to team meetings and training initiatives
About You
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience using CRMs or legal databases (Actionstep experience highly regarded but can be taught)
Comfortable working with multiple priorities and deadlines
Demonstrated reliability and ability to work full-time, onsite in Brisbane (there is no option to work from home)
Passion for working in a not-for-profit/community justice context
Experience in legal or community services environments desirable
Additional Requirements
Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
National Police Clearance
Current open QLD driver's licence
