Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Thrissur. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to align sales goals with promotional activities and staying informed about industry trends.
Qualifications
• Experience in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Contract Negotiation
• Strong background in Market Research and Business Development
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
