Responsibilities: Chaat & Snacks Employees

Preparation and Presentation:

· Prepare a variety of chaats, such as pani puri, bhel puri, sev puri, and other delicacies, following standard recipes and maintaining consistency in taste.

· Ensure the presentation is appealing and adheres to the store's standards.

2. Customer Interaction:

· Provide a warm and friendly customer experience by engaging courteously and addressing queries about the menu.

· Assist customers in customizing orders to their preferences.

3. Hygiene and Cleanliness:

· Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety regulations.

· Regularly sanitize utensils, countertops, and preparation areas to ensure hygiene standards.

4. Inventory Management:

· Monitor ingredient stock levels and report any shortages to the supervisor.

· Ensure proper storage and freshness of ingredients.

5. Collaboration and Teamwork:

· Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially during peak hours.

· Provide support to colleagues and assist with kitchen duties when required.

6. Customer Promotions:

· Participate in and support special promotions, such as upselling festive hampers or themed chaat events.

· Effective communication skills to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications:

· At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

· Knowledge of traditional and innovative chaat recipes.

· Familiarity with basic food safety practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
