Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for an AutoCAD Expertise and Business Development Manager. The Manager will oversee and develop technical AutoCAD drawings, including architectural and construction drawings, and space planning. Additionally, the role involves communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable plans. The Manager will also focus on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategies, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Architectural Drawings, Construction Drawings, and Drawing techniques
• Expertise in Space Planning
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Proven ability to develop business strategies and drive growth
