Bartender/Server

Timberland Pub is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented bartender/server to join our front-of-house team.

Wages are based on experience with the minimum being $17.85/hour.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Monitor bar inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
Process payments accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Requirements

Completion of Serving It Right.
2–4 years of bartending/serving experience in a fast pace environment.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments.
Bring a bring a friendly demeanor and positive attitude to both the customers and the team.
Must be available for week days and evening shifts.
