Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
Accurately input orders into the POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
Assist with food preparation as needed during peak hours.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service industry.
Requirements

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $17.40-$18.40 per hour
