Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks related to construction and maintenance. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the capability to work collaboratively with other team members. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Assist in the construction and assembly of structures according to blueprints and specifications.
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required on job sites.
Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks including carpentry and caulking.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Collaborate with skilled tradespeople such as carpenters and handymen to complete projects.
Help in the preparation of materials and equipment for construction activities.
Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts on-site.
Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in using hand tools and performing basic carpentry tasks.
Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications is a plus.
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
Must adhere to safety guidelines and practices at all times.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
