Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves performing various tasks that require physical strength and technical skills, contributing to the successful completion of projects in a timely manner.

Duties

Assist with the setup and teardown of job sites, ensuring all materials and tools are organized and accessible.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as cutting, drilling, or assembling materials.
Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects as needed.
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions promptly.
Experience

Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing work conditions.
A commitment to safety practices and maintaining a safe working environment is essential.

Pay: $17.80-$30.50 per hour
