Landscape Labourer

Job Overview:

Applicants must be able to work until the end of November
We seek applicants with a minimum of one year of landscape experience to cut grass, rake bunkers, and use line trimmers
Able to use riding mowers to cut grass on and around the golf course
Must take care of the equipment and properly clean it after each use
Perform other tasks such as; filling divots and replacing sod, moving tee blocks and emptying garbages.
Able to use the required equipment and operate safely, and pay attention to the details of the job
- Use a walking mower or a riding mower to cut grass.

-Must be able to cut in straight lines
-Must be aware and watch for any issues with equipment
- Must be physically fit & able to live 50 pounds overhead

Knowledge of health and safety is required.
Must have Whimis or be willing to take it

Expected hours: 32 – 40 hours per week

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:

Landscape maintenance: 1 year (required)
Prior experience in commercial landscaping is preferred.
Knowledge of golf is an asset
