Cashier/Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Cashier/Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while managing transactions and assisting with various tasks. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a welcoming environment will contribute significantly to our customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently.
Maintain an organized reception area and ensure cleanliness.
Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing customer needs promptly.
Assist with retail sales by promoting products and services effectively.
Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Experience

Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse clientele.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
