Role : US IT Recruiter / Senior US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

Location - Mumbai - Hybrid 2 days in week

Exp: 3 – 7 Years

Shift: - PST Shift timings. (Night shift- IST 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM) / (+ Hrs. shift 5 Days working SAT SUN Fixed off)

Responsibilities.

Identify and select the top candidates to present to clients based on job descriptions and client company requirements.

Build and develop advanced skills to identify hard-to-find talent.

Develop and maintain relationships through regular professional communication and follow-up with candidates (24-hour return).

Screening of candidates to start the process of building a relationship of trust.

Provide thorough verbal and written communication throughout the recruiting process, during assignments and the following placement to ensure long-term relationships.

Package candidate information professionally and consistently to present to the sales team for each order. This includes a candidate summary selling the candidate on experience and capabilities and additional information related to the search.

Work collaboratively alongside sales and other team members to effectively deliver quality results for new and existing business relationships.

Actively solicit feedback and inputs from clients and sales, reciprocate with authentic feedback, and manage conflict at the point of escalation.

Preferred Experience:

Must have Hands-on experience in recruitment across various IT Technologies.

Motivation, drive, and initiative to learn technology

Excellent follow-through skills and desire to create a fantastic candidate experience

Experience sourcing candidates using technology and tools such as JobDiva and LinkedIn RPS.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
