AI product delivery Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Product Delivery Manager who can bridge the gap between client requirements and AI product development. This role is not an IT consulting role but a business-focused position that involves understanding client needs, defining project scope, instructing the AI team, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, a problem-solving mindset, self-driven and the ability to drive projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Requirement Gathering & Project Scoping:
• Engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into actionable AI project requirements.
• Define clear deliverables, scope, and expected outcomes for each project.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (research, data, AI, and sales teams) to ensure client expectations are met.

Project Execution & Delivery:
• Act as the bridge between clients and the AI team, ensuring smooth communication and execution of projects.
• Provide clear, structured instructions to the AI and research teams based on client needs.
• Continuously monitor project progress, troubleshoot challenges, and drive solutions.
• Ensure quality control at every stage before delivering insights, reports, or AI-based solutions to clients.
• Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

Collaboration & Product Innovation:
• Support the AI team in brainstorming, ideation, and testing of new AI-driven products and solutions.
• Conduct secondary research on industry trends, including AI applications in Metals, Mining, and other key sectors.
• Leverage tools like Power BI, Advanced Excel, and data visualization platforms to build structured reports and insights.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and industry developments to improve existing solutions.

Who You Are:
• 3-7 years of experience in product delivery, business analysis, research, or AI-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of business needs and how AI can be applied to solve them (not an IT development role).
• Ability to translate complex client requirements into structured project plans for execution teams.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail, quality control, and end-to-end project management.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Macros preferred), Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
• Good to have: Exposure to AI-based research tools and automation platforms.
