Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and cleaning healthcare organization and provider directory files by following a step-by-step instruction guide. You will also take health system and clinic location data and standardize it to OneRecord standards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Additionally, you will map each location to the appropriate endpoint for authentication and authorization.

Key Responsibilities
• Follow detailed instruction guides to organize and clean healthcare organization and provider directory files.
• Standardize health system and clinic location data according to OneRecord standards.
• Map each healthcare location to the appropriate endpoint for authentication and authorization.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the process.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes and standards used in data organization and cleaning.
• Assist in continuous improvement of data management processes.

Qualifications
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with data entry, data cleaning, or data management.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards, particularly OneRecord, is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data issues.
• Proficiency in using data management tools and software.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or with healthcare data.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization processes in data management.
