Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register (POS system).
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink costs.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
