Short-Form Video Editor (Social + YouTube Shorts)

We're looking for a nimble, fast-turnaround video editor who specializes in short-form content (15–60 seconds) for platforms like YouTube Shorts and social media . This creative should be experienced in working with pre-existing footage , assembling tight edits that emphasize energy, clarity, and engagement .

Must-Have Skills:
Strong proficiency in short-form video editing with a clear sense of pacing and structure Ability to deliver quick turnarounds (ideally within 1–2 business days for first cuts) Experience with sound design , music selection, and integrating basic motion graphics Comfortable working from customer-provided footage Familiarity with brand guidelines and adapting edits accordingly Bonus: Background in working on educational or list-style content

Deliverables:
30–60 second video edits optimized for YouTube Shorts and social Occasional 15–30 second edits for social-first formats Edits should be visually engaging with minimal dead space Able to work with a single round of review , with final delivery within 5 business days

Collaboration:
Work alongside a small internal customer team that handles filming Partner with our team or existing creatives for alignment on brand and visual tone This is a test project with potential for ongoing work if fit and speed are right
