We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with proven expertise in Pega to lead and contribute to the development of cutting-edge Pega solutions for our business processes. The ideal candidate will tap into their extensive Pega knowledge to design, develop, and optimize systems that align with our strategic goals and technical roadmap.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead projects that involve designing, developing, and optimizing business processes using the Pega platform
• Use awareness of best practices to review and align solution requests and designs with Pega's future vision
• Identify, develop, and document repeatable design and implementation methodologies based on functional requirements
• Collaborate with business analysts and business teams to refine and correct business process automation requirements
• Work closely with Business, IT, and Client Technical Teams in troubleshooting technical issues
• Define, develop, document, and maintain governance standards for Pega usage
• Stay well-informed on Pega concepts and technology roadmap and make recommendations
• Suggest alternatives to custom solutions to utilize Pega's out-of-the-box solutions more effectively
• Create user acceptance testing and performance testing plans to validate customizations and functionalities
• Review Pega designs for existing and new applications to ensure quality and consistency
• Effectively communicate work status with team members

REQUIREMENTS
• Pega Senior Systems Architect Certification
• 5+ years of experience implementing and designing Pega applications
• 4+ years of experience in full lifecycle delivery of complex systems
• Proficiency in Pega PRPC version X platform
• Extensive background in leading inception and elaboration exercises with stakeholders
• Experience leading the application development for sizeable Pega solutions
• Understanding of process methodology and development methodologies such as Agile and SDLC
• Experience with high volume, mission-critical applications
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and resourcefulness
• Capability to adjust to new information, shift timelines, manage budgets, and reassess processes
• Strong communication skills
