Suspense and Office Accounts Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced operations specialist to join our Central Monitoring Unit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and reconciling various suspense/office accounts in the RL - BB channel.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily transaction wise data tally of suspense/office accounts
• Work closely with the team manager to ensure seamless operations
• Coordinate with branches for query resolution
• Develop and implement effective procedures for suspense/office account reconciliation
• Requirements:
• Good understanding of branch banking processes
• Knowledge of Finacle software, including transaction processing, inquiries and report generation
• Working knowledge of Excel, including filters, pivot tables and formulas
• CA/MBA Finance preferred
