Qualifications

Job description
We are looking for a proactive Tech Ops Engineer to provide IT support, conduct customer onboarding, and perform testing for our platform. This role is ideal for a technically skilled individual with strong SQL knowledge, customer service orientation, and attention to detail.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Customer IT Support:
• Serve as the primary contact for technical support, resolving issues, and guiding customers on product usage.
• Troubleshoot and document issues, escalating as needed for swift resolution.

Onboarding:
• Conduct and support onboarding for new customers, assisting with setup and training.

Testing:
