As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating, and editing content that users will interact with digitally, in order to access all services offered by Heart It Out. Your goal would be to create seamless interactions and clean, visually pleasing interfaces that speak to our audience and increase engagement.
Bachelors/Masters in Human-Centered Design (HCD), Interaction Design (IxD) or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
Work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role for at least 1.5 years.
Hands-on experience with UX processes and design tools.
Being non-judgemental and professional are much appreciated.
We appreciate individuals who can take on initiative and responsibility.
We welcome openness to failure - for there is no better teacher!
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers or engineers.
Present complex information in simple, user-friendly formats.
Work with copywriters, developers or strategists to ensure content is informative, engaging, and visually balanced.
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images.
Optimize existing user interface designs.
Plan and implement new designs or strategies.
Interviewing future UI/UX Designers.
