Lawn Care Technician

We are seeking skilled Lawn Care Technicians to join our team. The Lawn Care Technician will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns and landscapes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with various lawn care equipment and techniques, as well as a strong understanding of horticulture and plant care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct lawn care services such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization
Perform routine maintenance on lawn care equipment
Identify and treat common lawn diseases and pests
Plant and maintain flower beds and gardens
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their lawn care needs and provide solutions
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred
Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care
Familiarity with lawn care equipment and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
