Salesforce Marketing

Looking for a Marketing Operations professional, who truly enjoys working with digital marketing tools - and would love to be in charge of end-to-end optimization and governance of marketing processes:
• You have experience working in a data / outcome focused marketing organization or played a key role in the day to day operations of the marketing team at a larger organization.
• You have hands on experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, Hubspot, Social Analytics / Management like sprout social (especially LinkedIn) plus ABM tools such as DemandBase
• You have set up demand gen & nurture campaigns, reported performance of marketing initiatives
• You have collaborated with creative and development teams to get work ready for publishing
• You are excited to find innovative solutions to operational problems, while ensuring that existing processes run smoothly.
• You have a systematic and data-first approach to project management of campaigns for internal and external audiences

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Liaise with the marketing & sales teams to set up demand gen/ nurture campaigns and report performance from key marketing initiatives including e-mail, LinkedIn campaigns, Social media, roundtables/ webinars, events.

Program manage the creation and deployment of internal campaigns for associates.

Work closely with marketing & finance to administer budgets, claim submissions, partner onboarding, vendor commercials.

As a stretch goal, you can be involved in strategy and campaign development, including research, brief development, creative development, and campaign messaging optimization.

Qualifications:

Experience with executing campaigns on Eloqua and Salesforce, with 1-5 years of relevant experience in a marketing operations or /finance / operations job role.

A Graduate / Post graduate qualification in marketing, communications, or any technical and analytical background e.g. Computer / Information Science – engineering, finance, operations etc.
• Passion for technology and B2B marketing, with exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
