Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Wedding Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing wedding and event inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Lead Conversion: Manage wedding and event inquiries, follow up proactively, and close deals efficiently.
• Client Relationship Management: Provide end-to-end client services from booking to final execution.
• Event Planning & Coordination: Work closely with clients, vendors, and the internal team to ensure flawless events.
• Documentation & Drafting: Prepare structured draft sheets, proposals, and contracts for smooth operations.
• Sales Growth Strategy: Identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the wedding/events industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
• Well-versed in event planning & execution.
• Excellent communication skills with a fast response time.
• Proficiency in drafting clear and professional sales documents.
• Willingness to relocate to Jaipur and travel as required.
