About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer of soundproofing products globally and is looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager with a strong network of leading Acoustics Consultants, Architects, Contractors, Designers and Key Decision Makers.

Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the following:
• Manage the entire acoustics range of products and maintain a strong relationship with architects, interior designers, constructors, distributors, and end users.
• Build, manage and guide a sales team while taking complete ownership and responsibility of key projects.
• Introduce new products in the Indian market from Global Portfolio.
• Conduct technical seminars for end customers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have the following:
• 15+ years of experience with a strong network of architects, interior designers, constructors, distributors, and end users.
• Knowledge of Acoustic /Anechoic Chambers/Enclosures and various parameters such as Noise level, Cut-Off-Frequency, NRC, STL, STC etc.
• Experience in scaling up a business, building and managing a team
