Internal Sales Representative

Job Description:
Skoch Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Sales Intern to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work unsupervised when required, and be proactive in their approach. Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research to identify business opportunities and analyze sales performance.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Providing insightful analysis and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating documents and sales reports.
- Observing and performing sales processes, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Assisting managers with negotiations and leveraging your interpersonal skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. A degree in marketing, business, or a related field may be preferred but not essential. Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments, are also required.
