Our favourite part of the job is the feeling we have from developing cutting-edge digital learning products that disrupt the education industry. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Developer, who will work on innovative projects as part of the Global CRM team.
Your impact on the team:
Working alongside the internal global team, as a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of Salesforce platform and related systems. You will support the Salesforce instances that will be pivotal in the supporting of our business process and provide hands-on support to our internal business units spanning Higher Education, Schools, Professional and Customer Experience.
What you will be doing:
• Develop high quality, scalable customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, requirements, and company goals.
• Work on assigned tickets within agreed SLA adhering to defined development process
• Contribute to the entire development cycle (analysis, design, code, test, initial pilot/production launch, deploy and production support).
• Design, develop and maintain enhancements, integrations to Salesforce applications.
• Build/execute thorough test plans ensuring development meets requirements
• Troubleshoot technical and integration issues and resolve with the assistance of other technical staff.
• Help team resolve platform limitations or challenges through appropriate solutions.
We’re looking for someone with:
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology
• + 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong experience with Salesforce development with a focus on experience with Lightning Web Component (LWC) development, including SOQL, Apex, Salesforce Lightning Components, Platform Events, Javascript, plus other Salesforce development and integration technologies
• Experience with Salesforce configuration including Security, Data Model, User Management, Process Builder, Lightning Flow Builder, and other configuration tools
• Strong experience with integrating third-party applications with Salesforce
