We're on the hunt for another Support Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team at Healthy Emporium!

Before you start working from the comfort of your home, we’ll kick things off with some face-to-face onsite training in Hope Island! Get ready for 2-6 weeks of hands-on learning, where you'll become an expert in supporting NDIS participants.

After the training, you’ll have the flexibility of working remotely while supporting participants in coordinating their NDIS supports, goals, and therapies.

What you'll be doing:

Assist participants to implement their NDIS plans & therapies
Help with home modifications and Assistive Technology applications
Maximise participants' NDIS plans and engage in mainstream supports
Assist with plan reviews and change of circumstances submissions
Build capacity and guide participants through the NDIS process
What you need:

Experience in Support Coordination (or transferable skills)
​ Super strong interpersonal & communication skills
Confidence in managing deadlines and working under pressure
Organisational wizardry & time management skills - Very important to succeed
​Understand on how to casenote and meet your daily KPI's - This is crucial
Comfort with Microsoft Office & learning new systems
A current Driver’s Licence
Police check (within the last 6 months)
NDIS Worker Screening, including Blue Card (required before starting)
