Online Sales Representative / Retail Team Member In Auto Parts

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales Representative to join our team in the automotive industry. This role involves engaging with customers through digital platforms to promote and sell automotive parts, provide product information, respond to inquiries, and support the online buying process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle online inquiries via chat, email, and social media

Order stock and communicate with dispatch team for all orders

List products online and run promotions

Meet or exceed monthly online sales targets

Requirements:

Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or e-commerce

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms

Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
