Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Messier's Concrete & Landscaping. In this role, you will support our operations by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office functions, and contributing to our mission of providing outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and maintain organized filing systems.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Handle phone calls with professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare documents and correspondence as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Support project management by tracking timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in data entry and office software applications. quickbooks and excel
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
