The Position

In this fast-paced role, you will work alongside and hands-on to one of Uplus’s top achievers, who will mentor you from the ground up. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conduct call backs and follow up buyers
Prospect the local area for new business leads
Attend open homes and private inspections
Liaise with vendors, buyers and solicitors
Prepare for and attend appraisals
Attend auctions and work the auction floor
The Person

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and driven by success. In particular, you will have:

Previous experience and completion of a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agent's Representative Certificate)
A natural relationship builder who loves people and communicates exceptionally well
Passionate about a long-term career in real estate residential sales
Hungry for success and career progression
Proven success achieving KPI's/targets
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle reliable vehicle
