Counter Sales Representative (HVAC Supply)

Northfield HVAC Supply is a growing HVAC supply business in Vaughan. We provide a wide range of high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products to contractors and businesses.We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting them with their purchases. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
Answer customer inquiries via phone and in person.
Process sales transactions and warehouse receipts accurately and efficiently at the counter.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities using Excel and Word.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, striving for resolution that meets customer expectations.
Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Fluent in English and Persian( Farsi).
Strong communication skills in English and Persian(Farsi).
Proficiency in using computers and basic office software (Excel & Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others.
Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
